Reservations for 7-21 nights require a deposit equal to two times the nightly rate.
All nightly and weekly rates include a 3% tax imposed by W.O.R.D. of Comal County, whose purpose is to improve the environment and welfare of the district by conserving natural resources, improving public health, promoting water safety, and operating public parks located in the district. All sites have full hook-ups and access to high-speed wi-fi.

*We offer a 10% discount on our nightly and weekly rates to:
• Guests that are 65+
• Active duty service members, veterans, and their immediate families
• Firefighters, law enforcement & EMT personnel
• Educators, school faculty, and school support staff
• Returning guests
Monthly: Up to 2 Adults (16+), 2 Children, and 2 Vehicles: $425 to $650 per month + Electric
A non-refundable security deposit of $100 is required at the time of reservation. Rates vary by site. Please call for details and site-specific pricing.
Charges for additional guests 16 and older, and parking for boats, utility trailers, and additional vehicles apply. Maximum of 3 adults or 4 total people per site.
Some restrictions and exclusions apply. FEMA Trailers, Park Models, and sub-rentals are not permitted. RVs more than 10 years old require prior approval for monthly reservations. Site rentals are under a service agreement where registrants are guests on private property, and no landlord/tenant relationship is given or implied. Sites are not to be occupied prior to registration or without approval by Park Operators. Spring Branch RV Park reserves the right to refuse service to or limit the stay of anyone. Rates subject to change without notice.
