* All nightly and weekly rates include a 3% tax imposed by W.O.R.D. of Comal County, whose purpose is to improve the environment and welfare of the district by conserving natural resources, improving public health, promoting water safety, and operating public parks located in the district. All sites have full hook-ups and access to high-speed wi-fi. Rates don’t include deposit.
† Up to 2 Adults (16+), 2 Children, and 2 Vehicles. Charges for additional guests 16 and older, and parking for boats, utility trailers, and additional vehicles apply. Maximum of 3 adults or 4 total people per site. Rates do not include electricity fee.
Some restrictions and exclusions apply. FEMA Trailers, Park Models, and sub-rentals are not permitted. RVs more than 10 years old require prior approval for monthly reservations. Site rentals are under a service agreement where registrants are guests on private property, and no landlord/tenant relationship is given or implied. Sites are not to be occupied prior to registration or without approval by Park Operators. Spring Branch RV Park reserves the right to refuse service to or limit the stay of anyone. Rates subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policy: For nightly and weekly stays: We offer a 90% deposit refund when cancellations are made at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the deposit. Monthly stay deposits are non-refundable.
